We created a piece with a sculptural, dynamic character, generating moving façade planes somehow shaped by the sea breeze.
A piece that enhances and values its longitudinality and that becomes a landmark in the urban landscape.
The incredible views of the sea make the building curve to view the landscape from the terraces of the houses.
The building is located in a very urban environment next to the sea. In this way, the houses rise to center the view of the Mediterranean, looking for very clean views.
We generate a skin of white concrete and glass, to have a clean and calm close-up view of its gaze over the sea.
This first skin generated by the terraces is intertwined with the wooden skin that creates the interior façade of the homes, giving it a more cozy and welcoming character.
