We were commissioned to design an urbanization of semi-detached houses, prioritizing privacy between the different units, in Boadilla del Monte. This search for privacy led us to create homes that are very open to the private gardens, yet with very controlled openings on the upper floors, avoiding prying eyes.

The starting point of the project was to create homes that would enhance individuality and help us feel the calm of the place. Spatial continuity has been sought, creating a total continuity between the exterior and interior in the day areas.
An impressive piece that arises from different planes using a natural color palette, with the use of natural stone, wood and clay stucco. A façade that changes with the different lights.
We propose a building that generates an environment in which peace flourishes. Different planes with different materials are used to break the volume and generate the interior layout of the house. Some movements are created between the houses to fragment the general volume. The houses are closed on their north façade, oriented towards the community accesses, while the south façade opens towards the garden and the views.
An urbanization designed with criteria of efficiency and sustainability, which in addition to greatly benefitting the environment, is a way of living and understanding life.
