House with continuity

This is a very peculiar and very special rehabilitation, just like its owners. The house fully reflects the personality of our clients who made us modify our way of understanding our type of architecture. We started from a completely closed house with a very complicated distribution but with exceptional views of the Mediterranean Sea, which led us to create some windows that functioned as frames that framed the different views.

Object

We create a continuous and dynamic space. They did not want to differentiate the day and night areas, there being no door in the entire interior of the house, always looking for communication at a visual level.

We achieve this continuity by generating a central storage core around which the rest of the uses revolve.

Landscape Concept

The presence of the sea in front of the house conditioned our approach toward the house. We created a continuous space surrounded by different windows that framed the different views, creating photographs, with visuals that frame different landscapes.

03

Skin

We use natural and neutral materials, seeking an atmosphere that helps to find the tranquility that the owners were looking for, focusing attention on the landscape.

Casa Kerima

A house that was completely closed to the landscape, which led us to create some windows that functioned as frames that framed the different views.
