In this project, we were commissioned to design an urbanization very different from what is customarily seen along Altea’s coast. Its exceptional situation, on the beachfront and with views on all its façades, a building that is shaped by the breeze of the Mediterranean Sea.

The building is located in a privileged beachfront environment, seeking calm and peace.
The starting point of the project was to create a construction that would enhance its location facing the sea and help us feel the calm of the place.
We project a radiant skin based on large pieces of lightweight white concrete. A clean, white façade is designed, which contrasts with the blue of the sea, enhancing and showcasing it. A façade that changes with the different lights of the sea and the sun. A soft building at dawn with its sand and gold tones, and very powerful at sunset with the tones that introduce us to the night.
We propose a building that generates a setting in which peace flourishes. Looking for a place to rest, read, enjoy the sunsets, from a neutral space, designed with natural elements. A building that seems to be always in motion, catching on its terraces the geometry of the waves generated by the tide on the sand. It seems that the building is caressed by the waves.
